ABOUT

Kat Zheng is a Korean-Chinese-American actor based in Chicago. She holds a PhD in nursing from Columbia University in New York and briefly worked as a mental health researcher at Northwestern University before pivoting into entertainment. 

Since February of 2021, she has trained consecutively at Second City, Acting Studio Chicago, and Vagabond School of the Arts. She signed with Gray Talent Group in September of 2021 and has since worked in a variety of mediums.

When Kat is not acting, she can be found working as a health writer, practicing violin, and playing Stardew Valley. She is also passionate about increasing visibility around Asian American stories.
